How XP and ranks work
- XP builds automatically from real-money bets.
- A rank unlocks the moment you reach its XP.
- Your rank is permanent. It does not reset or drop.
Cashback
Cashback is paid weekly on net real-money losses, capped at €200 a week. Losses from bonus funds and free spins do not count. Cashback arrives as bonus funds with a play-through requirement, which gets lighter from Captain upwards.
Perks by rank
- Sailor: priority support.
- Navigator: birthday bonus, custom offers and exclusive tournaments.
- Captain: a personal VIP manager.
- Ghost Captain: physical gift deliveries and priority dispute handling.
How loyalty levels compare
Most casino loyalty programmes promise cashback. The SailSpins ladder stands out for tying payout speed to rank, which matters more to regular players than a few extra percent. The weekly withdrawal limit stays at €1,500 on every rank.
